Tuition-Based Montessori Children’s House Program

We offer a tuition-based Montessori preschool program for children ages 3 and 4. This program provides a warm, hands-on introduction to Montessori learning and helps children develop independence, confidence, and a love of exploration.

Enrollment Timeline

  • Preschool open enrollment will begin at the same time as K–6 enrollment in February 2026 (specific dates to be announced).
  • After the open enrollment period begins, preschool enrollment will remain open until all spots are filled.
  • This is a first-come, first-served program.

Waitlist

If applications exceed the number of available preschool spaces:

  • Additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist
  • The waitlist is ordered by the date and time the application was submitted

Important Note About Kindergarten Admission
Enrollment in our preschool program does NOT guarantee placement in our K–6 public charter school. All preschool students must apply as new applicants for kindergarten following the K–6 enrollment and lottery process when they are age-eligible.

How to Apply
Applying to Creekstone Montessori Charter School is simple and fully online. All applications—K–6, Preschool, and Preschool Tuition Scholarships—will be available as Google Forms linked directly on the Enrollment page once the enrollment window opens.

Preschool Application
(Tuition-Based Program)

Families wishing to enroll a child ages 3–4 in our tuition-based preschool program should complete the Preschool Enrollment Application once open enrollment begins in February 2026.

  • Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
  • Applications will remain open until all spaces are filled.
  • If capacity is reached, students will be placed on a waitlist in the order their application was received.

Preschool Tuition Scholarship Application

Families seeking financial assistance for preschool tuition may complete the Preschool Tuition Scholarship Application.

  • Completing this form does not affect a child’s enrollment status.
  • Scholarships are awarded based on eligibility and available funding.

2025-2026 Preschool/Early Childhood Program Tuition Costs:

Half Day Mornings: $575/month

Full Day: $875/month

**Preschool tuition costs are determined by school budget allowances and are, therefore, subject to change.

Policy 704-Preschool Tuition Scholarship

Legal Disclosures: Creekstone Montessori School’s K-6th grade levels are publicly funded programs and, as such, the enrollment process may not consider eligibility based on intellectual ability, aptitude, measurement of achievement, athletic ability or any other specific characteristic of children whose enrollment application is received in a timely manner. CMS may not, and will not, give preference to students of the tuition-based preschool programming offered through the school. Any family participating in the tuition-based preschool programming who wants their child to attend K– 6th grade at CMS must participate in the enrollment process and, if necessary, lottery draw.

Enrollment Preferences: As required in Minnesota Statutes, section 124E.11, Creekstone Montessori School must offer preferential enrollment to siblings of students currently enrolled in grades K-6 and to a foster child of that pupil’s parents at Creekstone Montessori School. Sibling preference does not apply to siblings of students enrolled in the Preschool. ​​As allowed for in Minnesota Statutes, section 124E.11, CMS also offers preferential enrollment to children of school employees.
