Preschool (Ages 3-4) Tuition-Based Montessori Charter School Enrollment Info
2025-2026 Preschool Open Enrollment will be begin February 17, 2025 and remain open until program needs have been met.
Per Minnesota law, Creekstone Montessori Charter School’s enrollment process for each school year begins with a defined enrollment period determined by the school’s Board of Directors. Notice of this enrollment period will be made public through virtual meetings, postings on public bulletin boards, press releases to area media outlets and communication to preschool programs in the Red Wing area. This information is also posted on the Creekstone website.
The enrollment capacity at each grade level is approved by the Board of Directors prior to the start of the Open Enrollment period. Visit the Open Enrollment page to learn how the process takes place.
Preschool enrollment may be available year-round depending on classroom availability. However, when preschool capacity has been met all future enrollment applicants will be placed on a waiting list. If an opening occurs the school will contact the appropriate family.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Prospective students entering preschool must be three years of age before September 1, 2025.
2) Per Statute, Creekstone does not give preference to students of the tuition-based preschool program offered through the school. Any family participating in the tuition-based preschool programming who wants their child to attend K– 6th grade at Creekstone must participate in the enrollment process and, if necessary, lottery draw.
2025/26 PRESCHOOL TUITION INFORMATION
Preschool Programming is tuition-based. The 2025/26 tuition costs are as follows:
Full Day – $875/month
Half Day Morning – $575/month
**Preschool tuition rates are determined by school budget allowances and are, therefore, subject to change.

Legal Disclosures: Creekstone Montessori School’s K-6th grade levels are publicly funded programs and, as such, the enrollment process may not consider eligibility based on intellectual ability, aptitude, measurement of achievement, athletic ability or any other specific characteristic of children whose enrollment application is received in a timely manner. CMS may not, and will not, give preference to students of the tuition-based preschool programming offered through the school. Any family participating in the tuition-based preschool programming who wants their child to attend K– 6th grade at CMS must participate in the enrollment process and, if necessary, lottery draw.
Enrollment Preferences: As required in Minnesota Statutes, section 124E.11, Creekstone Montessori School must offer preferential enrollment to siblings of students currently enrolled in grades K-6 and to a foster child of that pupil’s parents at Creekstone Montessori School. Sibling preference does not apply to siblings of students enrolled in the Preschool. As allowed for in Minnesota Statutes, section 124E.11, CMS also offers preferential enrollment to children of school employees.
